Walked in and we were seated immediately. It is a small cute restaurant. Our server brought water with orange slice. It's the little extras that make a simple glass of water special. The pan fried dumplings were delicious, cooked perfectly served with a nice soy ginger sauce presented on a bed of lettuce and shredded carrots. The drunken noodles had lots of chicken and veggies and also delicious. We had great service, they were very attentive. Can't wait to return on our next trip to Sacramento!
This has been my go to Thai spot recently, it always hits the spot. The restaurant itself is small but I've never had an issue dining in, I live nearby so I usually take my food to go. Their drunken noodles and avocado curry are my go to, but I also really like their Tom Kha soup. And of course, no visit to a Thai restaurant is complete without a Thai tea.
So far so good! I've been here a few times and have enjoyed all the dishes we've had so far. My favorite Thai dish Pad See Ew did not disappoint! The place is very small and the parking lot is also very small so probably not good for large groups (and you might want to carpool). There is usually only 1 or 2 servers working, and they get a lot of take out orders, so the service can be slow at times.
One of my favorite Thai food spots in Sac! I've had multiple different dishes and have enjoyed most of them. Today, I got drunken noodles and the chicken wings. Everything was enjoyable, however, the drunken noodles lacked a bit of flavor. I'm not sure if it's because the spice level was very low, but I don't think that should determine the flavor. It should add to it (in my opinion). The chicken wings were nice and crispy and very flavorful (maybe too flavorful b/c it got salty as I continued to eat them). I will be back to try something else on their menu despite the minor issues I experienced today.
I ordered takeout for my first time here so I don't have anything to add to the ambience and service. The food was very tasty and flavorful except the special. Pros: the wings and mango sticky rice were really good. I loved the noodles. I would come back to dine in so I can get the full experience. Cons: parking can be hard to find since it's a small shopping center with multiple businesses.
Wow, wow, wow! I've been meaning to try Thai Farm House forever, but for one reason or another, I kept putting it off. Recently, I've been on the hunt for a new favorite Thai spot in Sacramento since chef LAN left Thai Palace on J and Noodles to Thai For on 24th. I've tried several other highly rated Thai restaurants in the area, but none have truly impressed me--until now. I was blown away that each dish we tried was exceptional, bursting with flavor, and perfectly cut, combined, portioned cooked and seasoned. While I still need to go back to give their drunken noodles a taste test, I can confidently say this place is a my new go-to Thai Restaurant. We enjoyed some of the best soups an outstanding papaya salad, and an incredible asparagus, shrimp, and chicken dish. Each dish was perfect. --it's clear the kitchen here knows their craft. I love that the entire restaurant was ran by women there about five of them cooking in the kitchen. The restaurant itself is small, with limited seating, but it has a warm, welcoming vibe. They also do a thriving takeout business, and during our visit, I ran into some regulars picking up their orders. They couldn't stop raving about how they've been coming here for years--and I can see why. I can't believe I waited this long to try Thai Farm House. It's easily one of the best Thai spots in Sacramento, and I can't wait to come back for more.
10/10 one of the best Thai places in sac! The restaurant is a bit smaller than I expected but it's such a homey modern spot. I had the Thai iced tea and it was delicious. I also had the mango curry with shrimp and OMG it was amazing! The flavor was so rich and creamy and the perfect amount of heat. The mango was also very sweet and melts in your mouth. Definitely recommend. We finished off with the fried banana and coconut ice cream and it was perfect because it wasn't too sweet and the bananas complimented really well with the coconut ice cream. The service was great as well, all the ladies were very friendly and brought out our food quickly. Can't wait to try other items on their menu!
Food: So happy to find this Sacramento gem. We ordered curry, spicy asparagus, chicken wings and banana with ice cream. Every dish was amazing, delicious and flavorful. Customer service is excellent. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Place was cozy and clean. Shared parking spaces. I highly recommend this place.
I've been here a couple times now and have enjoyed both visits. The place is small, but quaint and clean... Not a dingy hole-in-the-wall. The counter is always stacked with to-go orders, ready for pickup. This tells me they have earned their respects from the community and have gained a good customer base. The staff is friendly and attentive. They are helpful in offering suggestions and answering questions about the menu. The ingredients are fresh and you can tell the food is quality selected and prepped. Get the spring rolls with shrimp! The peanut sauce is so good.
I ordered the combination drunken noodles with tofu and beef for take out. I appreciate that I can choose 2 types of protein. I enjoyed the flavor and it was really delicious. The noodles were chewy and it was not soggy by the time I returned home. I am a little disappointed that there was only 1 piece of tofu. Overall, I would visit again in the future.
